Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce webshop of the seller offers customers the opportunity to purchase products online. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed by a visitor (“Customer”) through this webshop. Any additional terms from the Customer are excluded unless explicitly and priorly accepted in writing by the seller.
Article 2: Price
All prices are stated in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT. Any delivery, reservation, or administrative charges will be stated separately.
The listed price applies only to the products as described. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the care taken in compiling the online catalog and webshop, the information provided may still be incomplete, contain material errors, or be outdated. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.
The seller is not liable for obvious material errors, typos, or misprints. If the Customer has specific questions regarding, for example, sizes, colors, availability, delivery time, or method, they are encouraged to contact customer service before placing an order.
All offers are valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The seller cannot be held liable for product unavailability.
Article 4: Online Purchases
The Customer can choose between payment by bank card or credit card.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of serious breach of duty by the Customer regarding previous or current orders.
Article 5: Delivery and Order Fulfillment
Any visible damage or qualitative shortcoming in a delivered product must be reported by the Customer without delay.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once they (or a third party designated by them, excluding the carrier) physically receive the goods.
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise specified due to public holidays or vacation periods, which will be clearly communicated on the webshop. The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise stated. If delivery takes longer due to stock issues, the Customer will be informed. Any other delay will also be communicated directly.
Article 6: Retention of Ownership
Delivered products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
This article applies only to Customers who purchase goods online as consumers.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided that the right of withdrawal applies to the product or service ordered.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the seller clearly and in writing (e.g., by post or email) within the 14-day period. The Customer must return the goods immediately after their decision to withdraw.
⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene regulations, products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and still sealed.
The return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense unless agreed otherwise.
If the returned item is diminished in value due to handling, the seller reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation.
Only items in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions, and proof of purchase can be returned.
If the contract includes services and the Customer requests to begin the service during the withdrawal period, the Customer must pay for the portion already delivered at the time of withdrawal.
Article 8: Warranty
In accordance with the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have statutory rights.
The warranty applies from the delivery date to the first buyer. To invoke the warranty, the Customer must provide proof of purchase.
The (legal or commercial) warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, falls, incorrect use, non-compliance with instructions, modifications, rough handling, poor maintenance, or any abnormal or improper use.
Article 9: Sanctions for Non-Payment
In case of non-payment or late payment, the Customer is legally liable, without prior notice, for interest on the outstanding amount from the due date.
The seller reserves the right to reclaim unpaid products.
Article 10: Validity Clause – No Waiver
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain fully valid.
Failure to enforce any right at any time shall never be considered a waiver of those rights.
Article 11: Amendments to Terms
These Terms may be supplemented by other terms explicitly referenced. In case of conflict, the current Terms shall prevail.
Article 12: Applicable Law
Belgian law applies. In the event of legal disputes, the courts of the seller's registered location have jurisdiction. The seller may also appeal to the European ODR platform.
