What does White Label mean?

Within our White Label journey, you choose from a fixed collection of carefully developed formulas.

The products are produced in a selected transparent basic packaging and provided with your personalised label.

This journey is suitable for entrepreneurs who want to start professionally and efficiently with a quality foundation.

White Label products are professionally developed formulas that have already been tested and optimised within our development processes. They are offered as an efficient basis for brands that want to start with high-quality and compliant cosmetics, without going through a completely new development process.

Basic packaging & configuration

White Label products are delivered in a selectedbasic packaging, tailored to the type of product and the practical feasibility within the journey.

As standard, we work, depending on the product type, with among others:

  • Glass for creams and serums
  • PET for cleansers and liquid products
  • Glass for candles and diffusers

This configuration provides a nice balance between appearance, functionality, and efficient production.

Labels & branding

Within the White Label process, a simple label solution can be worked on under your brand or concept.

The finishing is initially kept deliberately clear, functional, and feasible, so that the process remains accessible and efficient.

More developed, specific, or premium label finishes are not standardly included within White Label and are always assessed based on:

  • desired appearance
  • technical feasibility
  • quantity
  • budget
  • and chosen process

Depending on the project, various options can be discussed during the application or further development.


Upgrade options

For certain products, limited upgrade options are available within White Label.

For example, an airless packaging is available as an upgrade for creams when extra product protection or a more technical appearance is desired.

More specific, deviating, or fully custom packaging requests usually go through a more extensive process or are assessed separately based on feasibility and volume.

Regulations & registration

White Label products are developed and registered in accordance with applicable cosmetic regulations.

Within both White Label and Custom Private Label, we act as the Responsible Person (RP) and manage the associated compliance and registration.

Adjustments & customisation

Within the White Label process, we work with a selected basic configuration to ensure efficiency and a clear pricing structure.

Do you wish for specific adjustments such as:

  • Different colours or finishes

  • Alternative closures or containers

  • External boxes or additional packaging components

  • Completely custom formula development

  • Unique scent creation or fragrance development

Then we will guide you through our Custom Private Label process.

This way, White Label remains a clear and efficient starting point, while customisation is possible within a more extensive development process.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out according to the agreed configuration and schedule.

Shipping and logistics costs are calculated separately.

After confirmation, production starts according to the agreed configuration.

Delivery takes place according to the agreed schedule. Shipping and logistics costs are calculated separately.
